A Tag Book is a private page with a long random address. Write the rulebook once (which sources and mediums are allowed, a campaign prefix, lowercase or not, - or _) and every link built in the book follows it and lands in the ledger.

No account, no email. Keep the address safe: it is the only key, and it cannot be recovered.
